Short Biography of Professor Joshua Galperin


Josh Galperin is on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he teaches and writes about administrative law, environmental law and policy, food and agriculture law and policy, constitutional law, and torts. Prior to Pitt Josh had a dual appointment on the faculties of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and Yale Law School. At Yale, Josh directed the Environmental Protection Clinic, the dual law/environment degree program, and the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. Prior to Yale Josh was a policy advocate with the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, and a legislative lawyer for the Vermont General Assembly.  This will be Josh’s third time participating in the Virtual Environmental Law Guest Speaker Program!  A more complete biography is available on the Pitt website.
